Carbon fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate glycol
PETG-CF 3D printing service
PETG-CF adds chopped carbon fiber to PETG. You keep PETG’s moisture and chemical resistance and gain stiffness and a clean matte finish, which makes it a step up for functional parts that need to stay rigid.

Fit for purpose
Where PETG-CF works, and where it doesn't.
Good for
- Rigid brackets and mounts that see moisture
- Functional parts that must not flex under load
- Tooling and fixtures in shop environments
- Parts where a matte, technical finish matters
Properties
- Stiffer than plain PETG with low warping
- Heat tolerance to roughly 70–75 °C
- Resists moisture and many common chemicals
Things to consider
- Less impact resistant than plain PETG; the fiber trades toughness for stiffness
- Not for permanent outdoor use in direct sun; ASA is better there
